Francesco Della Valentina, with 18 years of experience in the financial sector, of which 12 years in private equity, is a founding partner of Mandarin Capital Partners.
As a Partner of DrKB Fund Italia, he performed 9 investments and served as non-executive director in 14 companies. Previously he co-managed General Electric Capital Private Equity Italy, investing and serving as a board member in several companies. Prior to this, he worked for BCI and Interbanca where he gained experience in private equity, corporate finance, senior debt, M&A and financial analysis.
Francesco Della Valentina is a cum laude graduate of Bocconi University and teaches since 1995 private equity courses of AIAF (Italian Association of Financial Analysts). He is a member of the Formation Commission of AIAF. He speaks Italian, English and French.
