Li Fusheng has a comprehensive working experience both in governmental and financial organisations.

Before joining Mandarin Capital Partners, he was Deputy General Manager of Business Development and Innovation Department of the Export Import Bank of China (EXIM) and member of  EXIM’s Loan Committee. His previous work experiences include the Chuzhou Municipal Government (Anhui Province), State Planning Commission( now NCRD), China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC),.

Li Fusheng is senior researcher at University of International Business and Economics of Beijing, fellow researcher at the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, professor at the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. His academic activities include publications and teaching. After graduating from Anhui University and Renmin University of China, he received his doctoral degree from the Department of Investment, Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He speaks Mandarin and English.
