Xue Minghui joined Mandarin Capital Partners with 26 years of experience in financial organizations of China.

Since 2000, Xue Minghui has been Senior Vice President at China Development Bank, Shanghai Branch.
Prior to that, he spent 6 years as Deputy General Manager at International Leasing Company (in charge of project development and finance), and 12 years at China Investment Bank, initially as Division Chief, Planning Department, and then as Deputy Director and Director, Treasury Department. Xue Minghui started his career at China Construction Bank.

He holds a Degree in Bachelor of Arts majoring in Japanese at Xiamen University. He speaks Mandarin, Shanghainese, English and Japanese.
